Creation of the INDIGO Foundation
News
The INDIGO Group, world leader in parking and individual mobility, has been serving cities and local authorities for over 60 years.
Our company has built its history by accompanying and anticipating changes in mobility with passion and inventiveness, with almost 9,000 employees around the world, committed on a daily basis to our territories.
INDIGO wanted to strengthen its corporate philanthropy strategy in the heart of cities and involve its employees in concrete actions in the public interest, by creating the INDIGO Foundation, under the auspices of the Fondation de France.
The INDIGO Foundation embodies our Group’s raison d’être, “Creating space for a peaceful city motion”, and its aim is to make cities more united, liveable, and sustainable.
Committed to both the city and its residents, it supports projects of public interest that encourage initiatives aimed at improving community life and the quality of life for everyone.
In particular, it helps to improve people’s lives by supporting projects that:
- Use the practice and values of sport to encourage personal development, integration and the creation of social ties.
- Strengthen local solidarity and combat urban exclusion.
It will also encourage the creation and development of projects aimed at preserving, bringing to life, and showcasing the local cultural (tangible or intangible) and natural heritage that forges the identity of these areas.
