Supported by the INDIGO Foundation, the Uit De Marge association organized a workshop during the April holidays for around thirty young people from Menin, Belgium. Over three days, the participants had the opportunity to discover graffiti and contribute to the development of a new space. Under the guidance of graffiti artist MC Bullet, a mural was created on the stage wall of the Ter Linde sports field, transforming the wall into a collective and creative artwork.

The workshop began with the young participants engaging in various sports activities, including football and strength training sessions, before immersing themselves in the world of graffiti. Guided by MC Bullet, the participants expressed their creativity while learning the basics of this urban art form.

The core concept of the project was to allow the young participants to choose the designs to be incorporated into the mural. Discussing and learning graffiti together strengthened the bonds within the group. The young people had the chance to decorate this new space in their own image, helping them feel more connected to a facility that will be available to them on a daily basis.

The workshop concluded in a friendly atmosphere, providing a moment of exchange and shared experience. The next event, supported by the INDIGO Foundation, will take place in a few months: a sporting and festive tournament during the summer break, open to all.
